Embark on a treasure hunt through the well-watered, lush South Gippsland region. Follow its low rolling hills as they gently descend from the South of the Baw Baw Country, all the way to its untouched, pristine coastal waters in the south. You will discover bays, farming country and forest.
Arguably Victoria most fruitful land, you’ll meet friendly, passionate community-minded locals who proudly work together to present the best their beautiful region has to offer.
This experience has it all. Something for the kids, something for the parents, and plenty to remember. Bring your camera, because there will be smiles at every turn.
Please note: We have found so many hidden treasures in South Gippsland we feel need to be experienced, that we could not fit them all into one day! Therefore, we suggest you stay one night (or more) in a South Gippsland town central to the action (contact us for our recommendation).
This adventure is designed for groups to travel from Melbourne to South Gippsland on Day One (with suggested itinerary provided), and then loop back around towards Melbourne on Day Two (Melbourne Foodie Adventures organised Mystery Picnic day).

Experience details:
On Day Two allow approx. 5 hours from first stop to the end of your picnic. Start time either 8:30am, 9am or 9:30am - you can specify your start time at time of booking. Total drive time for the adventure is 1hour and 45 minutes (not including the additional 1 hour drive back to Melbourne).
Wet weather picnic option is available.
Dietary requirements can be catered for. Just let us know in the "Add note" box prompt on the checkout page.
